1. Overview

Welcome to CoachStrategist. By using coachstrategist.vip, you agree to these terms governing strategic business coaching services, digital infoproducts, and tangible goods.

2. Scope of Offerings

We provide three categories of offerings on coachstrategist.vip: coaching services, digital infoproducts, and physical products related to strategic business coaching.

2.1 Coaching Services

Coaching sessions are arranged individually. Full payment is required before confirmation. Clients may reschedule at least 72 hours before the session via contact form. No refunds are provided for canceled sessions due to the dedicated time and resources allocated to each client.

2.2 Digital Infoproducts

Digital materials, including courses, guides, and templates, are delivered electronically. Purchases qualify for a refund request within 14 days of purchase, provided the material has not been downloaded or accessed. To submit a request, contact us via contact form. Approved reimbursements are processed via the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

2.3 Tangible Goods

Physical products must be inspected upon delivery. Defective or damaged items qualify for a reimbursement or replacement if reported within 30 days of delivery. Customers must ship back the product in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the shipment, we will process the reimbursement within 10 business days. 3. Payment Terms

All fees are displayed during checkout. Payments are accepted via standard methods. Booking coaching sessions requires full advance payment. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the scheduled session.
